• Actionable Roadmap: AMA will provide a strategic marketing roadmap outlining the next steps, enabling the client to implement recommendations independently or with minimal guidance.

• Enhanced Decision-Making: AMA will provide the client with data-driven strategies for smarter marketing investments and better targeting of the right customer segments.

 

3. Session Overview

 

The AMA Marketing Strategy Session is a comprehensive half-day (4 hours) consultation that takes place on the same day and includes:

• Pre-Session Questionnaire (time varies): AMA will send a short, focused questionnaire in advance. This could include questions about current marketing efforts, key challenges, goals, and target audience. This allows us to hit the ground running and ensures the session is tailored to the client’s specific needs.

• Initial Marketing Discussion (1 hour ): A focused conversation to identify the client’s marketing challenges, business goals, and the current state of their marketing activities.

• Strategy Discussion (1.5 hours): This includes market positioning, audience segmentation, and marketing channel optimization. In short, understanding the 4 R’s: right message to the right people in the right route at the right time.

• Q&A  (30 minutes): This is for client’s specific questions and allows AMA to tailor the strategy to specific needs.

• Action Items  (1 hour): AMA will provide key recommendations for next steps, and provide strategic guidance for immediate action.

 

4. Deliverables (within 5 business days)

• Strategic Marketing Roadmap: A one-page document summarizing AMA’s top 3-5 priorities and actionable steps.  

• Target Market & Competitor Summary: A brief report highlighting market opportunities and how to differentiate from competitors.

 

5. Investment

​

The investment for this half-day strategy session is $2,000. This service provides high-level strategic insight with immediate value for the client, enabling them to implement impactful marketing changes quickly.
